The PERMolMat: Japan-France Workshop on Photo-Electro-Responsive Molecules and Materials was held at Paris-Saclay University (France) from March 17 to 19. It was a co-hosted symposium by Meso-Hierarchy, PEPR LUMA, NanoSynergetics, and GDR PES, supported by CNRS. This was the first overseas co-hosted symposium for the Meso-Hierarchy group, and many members participated. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Prof. Keitaro Nakatani (Paris-Saclay University) for his invaluable assistance from planning to managing the symposium.
